Delta SkyMiles Flash Sale to Asia | Starting at 65K SkyMiles

Yesterday (Tuesday), Delta Airlines launched their monthly SkyMiles flash sale and this month they chose Asia!  On Monday night, I was literally saying how I need a flash sale to Japan and BAM… they did it (Yes, I know it has nothing to do with me…)!

Anyhow, it’s a pretty sweet deal! You can fly from various U.S cities to either Tokyo, Japan (NRT), Seoul, South Korea (ICN) or Beijing, China starting at 65,000 Delta SkyMiles roundtrip in the Main Cabin!  It gets better though, they have reduced their new Delta Premium Select seats down to start at 80,000 SkyMiles round trip as well (SMOKIN DEAL).

What’s the catch?

It’s part of the flash sale so tickets must be purchased by 11:59 PM ET tonight (August 16, 2017).

As for travel dates, Delta’s website provides the following information with a few other blacked out dates.

Travel Period | Outbound travel from the U.S. to Japan/Singapore/Manila permitted between October 30, 2017 and January 31, 2018.
Outbound travel from the U.S. to Korea permitted between November 18, 2017 and January 31, 2018.
Outbound travel from the U.S. to China/Hong Kong permitted between January 17, 2018 and April 17, 2018.”

Sample dates from MSP to NRT. Remember, this offer is available from various cities in the U.S.  Also, note that the connecting flights are in First Class.

This is seriously an amazing deal and exactly what I was looking for… so what does that mean? M & I took advantage and we booked our Premium Select seats for another trip back to Tokyo! We paid 80K miles per person plus taxes and fees for tickets the same tickets were valued at nearly $2,000 each!
